Since April of 2009, SSD and Loud Lids have been on a temporary hiatus from doing business due to differences in opinion concerning company philosophy. The good news is that SSD and Loud Lids are returning in the near future.

To all of our customers that have endured problems with their equipment and have not received return emails and/or phone calls…I’m sincerely sorry for the actions and/or inactions of our company.

I can assure you that, from here on, SSD and Loud lids will be financially stable and structurally sound. SSD and Loud Lids will be operated with the utmost respect for the well being of its customers and employees.

Warranties will be handled in a timely matter once SSD and Loud Lids are fully operational and running again. All warranties on products that were purchased under the assumption that they were being sold by SSD and Loud Lids will also be under warranty once SSD and Loud Lids are fully operational again.

We are now accepting new dealer applications and will re-evaluate all previously approved dealers. All authorized dealers will be posted on the website and can be viewed by clicking the dealer tab at the top of the page (once SSD and Loud Lids are fully operational and running again).
